The upgrade of ANZ House includes the refurbishment of five floors, including an open plan office environment. The ANZ House branch has also be refurbished to include areas for Commercial Banking, Retail Banking and Priority Banking, as well as new electronic banking functions in an effort to reduce customer queuing time. The exterior facade of the building was also upgraded for cyclone and fire requirements using modern glazing and cladding system.
