Sharneel Chandra
Sharneel's expertise spans diverse projects, including mixed use developments, renovations, new builds, retail, commercial and resort jobs. As the founder of Habitat Designs , Sharneel has worked closely with industry professionals to broaden his knowledge and deliver exceptional results.He completed his Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture in 2004 and has been making remarkable strides in the field ever since. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with talented designers, consultants, builders and business leaders, who have provided invaluable guidance and mentorship. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence set him apart in the industry. Sharneel thrives in demanding environments, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering high-quality work. Beyond his professional pursuits, Sharneel embraces challenges with adaptability and determination. He enjoys exploring new places, immersing himself in different cultures, and cherishing quality time with his loved ones. His vibrant spirit and genuine passion for his work shine through in every endeavor he undertakes.
MITESH SINGH
Mitesh has a strong connection to the city, and is inspired by the architectural challenges that it provides. He sees architecture as an opportunity to positively influence the way we experience our environments through thoughtful design, and believes everyone should be able to access good design. Mitesh’s creative way of thinking is extremely valuable when coupled with his attention to detail, giving him the ability to apply good design to any level of a project
Shableet Chandra
Shableet is a highly skilled Architectural Graduate at Habitat Designs, known for his impressive accomplishments and dedication to his craft. He completed his master's degree in Architecture Professional in 2018 and has been making remarkable strides in the field ever since. Shableet's creative inclination has been evident since his early years, driving him to constantly grow and excel in his profession. His Master's thesis project focused on Cultural habitat for the elderly : an aged care facility in a multicultural Fijian society , his research project is a response to concern about a lack of aged care facilities in Fiji. Shableet gained valuable experience at Architect firms based in New Zealand , refining his skills and nurturing his passion for creating interior spaces that cater to users' needs and well-being. With his exceptional talent and deep understanding of design principles, Shableet continues to leave a lasting impact at Habitat Designs . His dedication to creating remarkable spaces reflects his genuine passion for his craft and his commitment to delivering outstanding results.
VISHANT VINAL DUTT
Vishant is an advanced user of CAD software; his technical expertise allows him to keep up to date with cutting edge industry developments and constantly provides an innovative perspective on projects. Having predominantly worked on residential projects he enjoys seeing a concept evolve through the various stages towards a finished product, working closely with clients he recognises the privilege of realising their dream, and the fulfilment of ideas by means of an architectural construction.
VARSHA VANDHANA SINGH
Varsha is the indispensable glue that holds Habitat Designs together, ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the business. Her exceptional ability to multitask allows her to juggle a wide range of responsibilities with ease, from managing our day-to-day operations to overseeing key innovations to ensuring that every project is taken care of. Whether it’s streamlining processes, or working in the background, Varsha’s organisational skills and proactive approach keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication and efficiency are critical to Habitat’s continued success, making her an invaluable part of the team.
JAMES ADAM PRANJIVAN
James is one of our most experienced staff members and has over 15 years in the architectural profession. In this time he has worked on a variety of projects encompassing all building types and has gained extensive skill and knowledge in documentation, detail, construction methodology, buildability and materials. His role in the practice also includes technical co-ordination of the documentation process to ensure the highest quality of information is delivered.
NAMITESH CHAND
Working at Habitat Designs allows me to use my many years of experience in marketing, finance and human resources in an industry that connects with my lifelong love of design. Habitat designs is a fantastic place to work and I value being part of a passionate and dedicated team that places a real emphasis on working together with clients to create functional spaces that work for them.
